Orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. Note that some orders end up shipping out same day, depending on current order volumes.

We ship with UPS, Loomis, ICS/Canpar. We do not use Canada Post unless the order is shipping to a PO Box

Pick-up is available in Edmonton, AB. This shipping option will be displayed during checkout for customers located in Alberta.

Larger bulk orders will ship with a trucking company, such as Day & Ross.

Standard Paid Shipping Rates & Times
During check-out, you will be able to select you a paid shipping option if needed, or if you don't qualify for free shipping.
QC ....... 5 to 7 Days
NS ........ 9 to 10 Days
NL ........ 9 to 10 Days
PEI ....... 9 - 10 Days
North ... 10+ Days, sometimes less.
Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:
- Free shipping applies orders over $195.00 (before taxes, and after any discounts).
- Orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping.
- Orders must be shipped to qualifying destinations in Canada.
- Foam inserts do not qualify for free shipping.
- We do not guarantee the delivery dates or shipping times for orders that have shipped for free.
- We reserve the right to correct shipping charges on any orders that may have mistakenly received free shipping but did not satisfy the above conditions.
Rush Orders
- If you need a Rush Air overnight shipment, please contact us by phone (604-937-1851) or email to arrange it.
- Rush orders must be confirmed by 12pm PST (noon) to ship same day.
USA Shipping:
Any orders destined for the USA may incur additional shipping charges imposed by the courier and/or borders at the time of delivery to your door.
These additional charges may occur even if you'r order had Free shipping.
These charges may include:
- Import/Brokerage fees
- Local/National taxes and/or duty
We have no way to estimate these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused delivery due to unexpected additional charges can qualify for a refund (as per our refund policy), less the value of any shipping charges incurred by us to have the shipment returned.
