All Orders Ship From Canada

  • Orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • We ship with UPS, Canada Post, Loomis or ICS/Canpar.
  • Pick-up is available in Edmonton, AB. This shipping option will be displayed during checkout for customers located in Alberta.

Regretfully, we cannot offer free shipping to the following Canadian locations due to the high costs we incur:

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:
  • Free shipping applies orders over $195.00 (before taxes, and after any discounts).
  • Orders must ship complete to qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders must be shipped to qualifying destinations in Canada.
  • Foam inserts do not qualify for free shipping.
  • We do not guarantee the delivery dates or shipping times for orders that have shipped for free.
  • We reserve the right to correct shipping charges on any orders that may have mistakenly received free shipping but did not satisfy the above conditions.


Rush Orders

  • If you need a Rush Air overnight shipment, please contact us by phone (604-937-1851) or email to arrange it.
  • Rush orders must be confirmed by 12pm PST (noon) to ship same day.


    USA Shipping:

    Any orders destined for the USA may incur additional shipping charges imposed by the courier and/or borders at the time of delivery to your door.

    These additional charges may occur even if you'r order had Free shipping.

    These charges may include:

    • Import/Brokerage fees
    • Local/National taxes and/or duty

    We have no way to estimate these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused delivery due to unexpected additional charges can qualify for a refund (as per our refund policy), less the value of any shipping charges incurred by us to have the shipment returned.
