CasePlace Returns


We have a 30-Day return policy.


If the product your ordered is still in perfect condition (must meet the conditions below), but you think it won't work for you—send us an email within 30 days or purchase and we'll set you up with a return number (RMA) and return shipping address. 

Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on returned items AFTER the 30 days is up.

Also, if your order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, we will refund the full value of your order, less the original shippings costs, and less the restocking fee (if applicable).

Further, any shipping charges paid by the customer to receive their order originally will not be refunded in the event that the product(s) are being returned because the customer ordered the incorrect case size/item.


If you ordered the wrong item and need a different one you can exchange it. We will conduct an exchange and refund any difference in price accordingly once your original order has been returned in perfect condition.

In order for an item to be accepted for a return or exchange, it must be:

- Undamaged (no scuffs, scratches, etc.)
- In original, undamaged/unmarked packaging.


Return Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges: 
We do require that clients cover the return shipping costs for items being returned or exchanged if the error is on the client's side. However, if the error is on our side, then you will get free return shipping included.
