We have a 30-Day return policy.


Returns & Exchanges

If the product your ordered is still in perfect condition (it must meet the conditions below), but you think it won't work for you—send us an email within 30 days or purchase and we'll set you up with a return number (RMA) and return shipping address. 

Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on returned items AFTER the 30 days is up.

Return Shipping Notes:

  • We do require that customers cover the return shipping costs for items being returned if the error is on the client's side. However, if the error is on our side, then you will get free return shipping included.

  • Further, any shipping charges paid by the customer to receive their order originally will not be refunded in the event that the product(s) are being returned because the customer ordered the incorrect case size/item.

 

Exchanges 

To simplify this process, if you need to exchange one item for another, we will treat it as a return of the original item. Then you can simply place a new order for the replacement item. 

Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on exchanged items AFTER the 30 days is up.

 

Conditions For Returns:

In order for an item to be accepted for a return, it must be:

- Unused and undamaged (no scuffs, scratches, etc.)
- In original, undamaged/unmarked packaging.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and processed, we will issue the refund. Please note that once we submit a refund request with our payment provider it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be received by your bank.
