CasePlace Returns


We have a 30-Day return policy.


If the product your ordered is still in perfect condition (must meet the conditions below), but you think it won't work for you—send us an email and we'll set you up with a return number (RMA) and return shipping address. 

Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on returned items.

Also, if your order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, we will refund the full value of your order, less the original shippings costs, and less the restocking fee.


If you ordered the wrong item and need a different one you can exchange it. We will conduct an exchange and refund any difference in price accordingly once your original order has been returned in perfect condition.

In order for an item to be accepted for a return or exchange, it must be:

- Undamaged (no scuffs, scratches, etc.)
- In original, undamaged/unmarked packaging.


Return Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges: 
We do require that you cover the return shipping costs for items being returned or exchanged. However, if the error is on our side, then you will get free return shipping included.
